Local Organic Grass Fed-Grass Finished Beef

* Our rates are: $1.95 lb. live weight for a quarter, half or whole cow. The amount of packaged beef you will recieve is about 40of the animals live weight. Once processed and packaged your freezer beef will weigh approximately: 80 lbs. per quarter, 160 lbs. per half, and 320 lbs. per whole cow.

* For processing costs you will pay Arapahoe Foods, Inc., $0.60 lb. hanging weight.

-Cutting costs are an additional flat rate of $8.75 per quarter, $17.50 per half, and $35.00 for a whole cow.

You will call Arapahoe Foods to arrange packaging and cut specifications i.e. steak size and thickness, what to have ground and package size. They can also make great sausage and jerky if you are interested.
