Local Grass Fed-Grass Finished Beef

* Our rates are: $3.50 lb. live weight for a quarter, half or whole cow. Once processed and packaged your freezer beef will weigh approximately: 60 to 80 lbs. per quarter, 120- 160 lbs. per half, and 240-320 lbs. per whole cow.

* For processing costs you will pay Innovative Foods, Inc., $0.63 lb. hanging weight.

-Cutting costs are an additional flat rate of $8.75 per quarter, $17.50 per half, and $35.00 for a whole cow.

You will call Innovative Foods to arrange packaging and cut specifications i.e. steak size and thickness, what to have ground and package size. They can also make great sausage and jerky if you are interested.

Local Grass Fed Goat Meat

* OUr lovely Goats are fed their mothers milk for the first 3 months of their lives and then on to our Frog Belly Farm pastures after that. We harvest our Goats around 6 months of age when the meat is at its finest. Goat Meat tastes a lot like lamb for those who have not had the opportunity to try it.

* Our rates are: $3.25 lb. live weight for a whole Goat. The amount of packaged meat you will recieve is about 30-50 lbs.

* For processing costs you will pay Innovative Foods, Inc., $0.63 lb. hanging weight.

-Cutting costs are an additional flat rate of $50 per Goat.

Once we harvest your animal you will call Innovative Foods to arrange packaging and cut specifications i.e. steak size and thickness, if you would like your ground meat in 1 or 2lb packages... They can also make great sausage and jerky at an extra fee if you are interested.

Free-Range Pork

Our sweet pigs are fed well. Their daily meals are made up of some or all of the following- whey, milk, organic grains, bread, pasture, vegetables, greens and more...All these fine meals make for a wonderful tasting pork

You can order a half or whole pig. A half pig is approximately 65 lbs of packaged pork. We bring our pigs to Innovative Foods (a small local butcher) for processing.

We charge $3.50* the live weight, the butcher charges .63* the hanging weight plus a flat rate fee of $25 for a half and $50 for a whole pig.

The butcher can also make pork sausages, cure hams and bacon for an extra fee.
